Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior UX Designer to help create the next generation of client design. We are seeking a highly skilled designer with a proven track record in crafting exceptional user experiences within e-commerce platforms and financial product environments. This is a highly collaborative role so we are looking for candidates that not only know how to deliver excellent user centered design solutions but also bring others along on that journey with them. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design, storytelling, and a deep understanding of user behavior and interaction design principles.

What You'll Do

• Practice and promote user-centric thinking on your design work.
• Lead and drive design from problem definition to final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.
• Understand business goals and challenge its requirements
• Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop your design and support your design decision.
• Create ideation, user scenarios, journey map, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
• Closely work with the design system team to align with the latest design guideline and contribute to its evolution to the next level.
• Closely collaborate with our UXR team to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of our products.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) working as a UX Designer, preferably in the e-commerce and financial services industry, web and mobile apps.
• Experience driving design and user-experience for end-to-end projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects with a focus on e-commerce platforms and financial products.
• Strong understanding of the user-centered design process. Experience working in an agile based environment is a plus.
• As an individual contributor, hands-on experience of concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, task flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity.
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
• Fluency in the latest product design trend, tools and technology cross platform.
• Highly proficient in design and wireframing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.

Seller capitol- loans for B2C and large C2C customers to allow inventory-

Native and Web is highly valued for this role

Seller financials team- payment methods, funds that come into the systems, where its allocated, dealing with reports/taxes, loans, sellers using their capital

Help support research team -

Working with product team to identify requirements and strategy and help outline the different deliverables will be for projects

Working closely with product team for proper discovery and have voice in the room – not looking for an order taker

More leaders in the space and having a POV on the goals – increasing revenue vs experience functionality

Basics of the designer- user flow, wire framing, high fidelity prototyping

Presenting or reviews with directors and walk through and tell a story

• Agency/Consulting firm experience
• Figma experience 2. Experience with working on web Platforms or in app instead of websites 3. Communicate in a crowd of people and doing it effectively and guide the story from before to end – stakeholder experience is a must 3. Experience working with a research team Disqualifiers or Dislikes on Resumes: Finding someone who was in backend development who is now in UI/UX- lean more in dev and design side is not as strong
