WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong visual storytelling skills with a strategic mindset!

Main tasks:

Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital and offline channels, including websites, landing pages, newsletters, email communications, digital campaigns, animations, promotional materials etc.
Develop engaging visual concepts for interactive consumer experiences, gamification initiatives, and promotional campaigns
Ensure a seamless, user-centered, and brand-consistent experience across all customer touchpoints
Act as a brand guardian, maintaining visual consistency and adapting global creative assets into impactful local executions
Own creative projects from concept development through final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail
Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, content, advocacy teams, agencies, printers, and production partners
Challenge briefs, propose innovative solutions, and identify opportunities to improve consumer engagement and business impact
Stay up to date with the latest trends in design, AI, technology

Requirements:

4-5 years of professional graphic design experience gained in an agency, studio, or in-house environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
Experience working with AI-powered creative tools
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and user experience principles
Knowledge of print production processes, specifications, and quality standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent English - at least B2+/C1; German is a plus
