You will support the PMO department in outsourcing monitoring through data analysis, dashboard creation, and business process digitalization, mainly using Power BI.

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in the analysis of access rights to sensitive data in collaboration with IT and compliance teams
Collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making
Design and develop dashboards and interactive visualizations in Power BI
Lead and manage business process digitalization projects
Analyze functional and technical constraints prior to project implementation
Create concise analytical reports and recommendations
Suggest improvements to KPIs and data monitoring processes

Qualifications

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field. You also have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Power BI Consultant, or Functional Analyst, with proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Technical Skills Required:

Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, optionally VBA/macros)
Strong understanding of data modeling and databases
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Solid knowledge of KPI development and performance tracking
Ability to synthesize and clearly present complex data
