Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT transformation or cost optimization
• Strong financial acumen and experience with Opex/Capex modeling
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-domain programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
