• Collaborate with the team to develop, maintain, and enhance product features.
• Triage and resolve software issues, working with Customer Support, Product Management, and other dev teams.
• Identify issue patterns and potential root causes and advocate for systemic fixes.

Bac+5 in IT or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience.
