UX Designer

UX Designer – Commerce (Projectors, Printers, Scanners Domain)Location: US-based (Remote) Must work during (8 am to 5 pm) PST hours Hourly Rate: $55/hr. to $60/hr. W2. Benefits availableALTA IT Services has two 12-month+ contract openings for experienced UX Designers with domain knowledge in imaging and printing products. The UX Designers will create engaging, user-centric experiences for commerce sites and mobile apps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop seamless journeys for browsing, comparing, configuring, and purchasing products.
• Ensure design consistency across devices and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation.
• Advocate for user-centered design in product development.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of UX design experience with commerce websites and mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce UX flows.
• Domain experience with projectors, printers, scanners, or related technology.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience with SAP Commerce storefront UX.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries.
