About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior CRM & Content Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C directions. You’ll be responsible for building scalable content systems, optimizing lifecycle communication, and helping both brands grow through storytelling, automation, and smart AI workflows.
This role is perfect for someone who:

Your Responsibilities:
Content & Messaging
- Own the end-to-end content strategy across B2B and B2C channels: landing pages, email flows, product copy, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, etc;
- Produce content fast and efficiently using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.);
- Build systems and processes to scale content creation — you’re not just a writer, you’re a builder;
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape narratives for different personas (skiers, travel agents, OTA partners);
- Create lead magnets, brand assets, decks, and high-converting sales collateral;
- Stay plugged into industry trends and competitor moves — and adjust our messaging accordingly;
- Deliver consistently — you’ll be shipping content every week.
CRM & Lifecycle Automation
- Your goal: scale up CRM-driven revenue significantly within 3-6 months;
- Design, plan, and test lifecycle campaigns: onboarding, win-back, loyalty, reactivation;
- Build outbound messaging logic and campaign structures (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) — execution supported by technical CRM manager;
- Define customer segments and personalization logic across funnels;
- Write briefs and flowcharts for automation logic using tools like HubSpot and Make.com;
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CAC, LTV) and optimize based on insight;
- You’ll be responsible for strategy, structure, and growth — not technical implementation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, CRM, and lead nurturing (preferably in SaaS, travel industry, or mobility).
- Excellent skills in email marketing: workflow development and services setup.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, CRMs, and automation tools.
- Know how to write fast and well — with or without ChatGPT.
- Excellent understanding of metrics, data collection, and analytics.
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2 or higher), other european languages would be a plus.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver independently.
