Job Overview
ATS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This remote position requires a strong background in project management, a basic understanding of digital marketing and web design, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various projects, coordinating with internal and external teams, and supporting digital marketing initiatives for ATS ShieldSafe and ATS Innova.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CMO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information.
- Manage and track projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Manage various company assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, sales, and product teams) and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and content updates.
- Support basic web design tasks, such as updating website content, images, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing performance analytics for the CMO and marketing team.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and project milestones.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CMO.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the technology or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Project management experience.
