As a Product Manager at Alpian, you will take end-to-end ownership of a business domain within the bank, driving the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a strategic role in shaping the product roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our digital banking products deliver real valu
e.You will work closely with the Product Director and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to translate vision into execution. - iesProduct Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with the Product Director and your Product manager peers to define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Own the roadmap for your assigned business domain, ensuring alignment with Alpian’s strategic objectiv

Key Qualifications, Skills & Experi
- enceBachelor's degree in a Finance, Computer Science or Engineering, or equival
- ent.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or digital bank
- ing.Proven experience in digital banking services, particularly within the retail sector, with a strong understanding of banking processes and customer ne
