We are currently seeking a Performance Creative Designer to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will thrive in the fast-paced iGaming and sports betting sectors, with a strong focus on the India market.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional design role. You will be responsible for creating conversion-driven advertising creatives—combining design, marketing thinking, and user psychology—to drive user acquisition and campaign performance. You will work closely with copywriters, marketers, and video teams to produce scroll-stopping creatives that convert.
What You'll Do:
Creative Production
- Design high-performing creatives for: Facebook / Instagram (static, carousel , Google Display Ads and App install campaigns
- Turn ad ideas into: Engaging visuals ,Campaign key visuals and High-impact banners
- Create multiple variations for: A/B testing and Performance scaling
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with copywriters on ad hooks and messaging
- Partner with the performance marketing team on data and optimization
- Support video creatives by providing storyboards and visual direction for short-form ads
Optimization
- Quickly iterate creatives based on performance data (CTR / CVR)
India Market Focus
- Design creatives tailored for India market
- Strong understanding of: Cricket (IPL, T20, major tournaments) and Indian sports culture and fan behaviour
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in performance ads design or digital advertising (Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or fantasy sports is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing: Facebook / Google ad creatives and Conversion-focused design work
- Proficient in: Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma
- Good understanding of: Mobile-first design and Ad formats and platform requirements
- Fluent in English
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Motion or video skills: After Effects or short video editing
- Ability to create high-volume creatives quickly
