Alpha & Omega Kids is a multi-state autism services organization providing ABA and Early Intervention services across NY, FL, VA, and expanding markets.

This role directly impacts census growth, referral pipelines, digital visibility, and revenue across two distinctive divisions.
This is not a social media coordinator role.
This is a performance-driven marketing position tied to measurable growth.
Position
The Growth Marketing Manager will own digital presence, outreach strategy, content creation, and pipeline development across multiple states.
This role supports both the ABA and Early Intervention divisions.
This position begins part-time with clear opportunity to expand into full-time as systems scale and census grows. Candidates must be willing and available to grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Census Development
Increase center-based and in-home ABA census
Support Early Intervention referral growth
Identify referral gaps by region (NYC, FL, VA, GA)
Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting:
Pediatricians
Preschools and daycares
Schools
Community organizations
Coordinate and lead Lunch & Learns
Plan and support community outreach events and resource fairs
Support Georgia expansion initiatives
Digital Presence & Reputation Management
Manage Google Business Profiles across all locations
Respond professionally to reviews and customer messages
Monitor and improve engagement and ratings
Post regular Google updates and content
Improve local SEO and search visibility
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google and Meta)
Track cost per lead by state
Strengthen overall digital footprint across both divisions
Social Media, Video & Content Creation
Create original content for TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form platforms
Film, edit, and produce engaging video content
Develop educational content for parents and referral partners
Design branded marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
Manage content calendars and scheduling
Support recruiting-related marketing when needed
Strong Video Editing Skills Required.
Drip Campaigns & Lead Nurturing
Build and manage automated email drip campaigns for:
New inquiries
Waitlist families
Referral partners
Track engagement metrics and optimize conversion rates
Data, Reporting & ROI Accountability
Track and report on:
Lead source performance
Cost per referral
Referral → evaluation → authorization → start conversion rates
Event ROI
Google engagement metrics
Provide structured monthly performance reporting
Recommend data-driven marketing adjustments
