Backed by a team of leading AI researchers, product managers, and engineers, they’re now gearing up for rapid expansion into North American and European markets.
Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will own go‑to‑market strategy and execution across North America and Europe. You’ll craft localized plans, lead a growing marketing team, and establish partnerships that accelerate brand awareness and user adoption from zero to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps for North American and European launches
- Perform competitive, regulatory, and customer insights analyses to refine positioning, pricing, and messaging
- Digital & Growth Marketing
- Architect and execute campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Drive SEO, content marketing, A/B testing, and growth‑hacking initiatives to maximize ROI
- Brand & PR
- Define and communicate a compelling brand identity tailored to Western audiences
- Cultivate relationships with leading tech media, industry analysts, and influencers
- Events & Partnerships
- Plan and deliver webinars, trade shows, and partner roadshows in target regions
- Build and manage channel partnerships, reseller networks, and technology alliances
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high‑performing marketing team with overseas market expertise
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align campaigns with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–8 years of SaaS or tech marketing experience, including at least 3 years owning North American and/or European markets
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, martech stacks, and regional compliance
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of data‑driven decision‑making
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, Chinese is necessary
- Startup DNA: high ownership, rapid execution, and hands‑on attitude
Preferred Experience
- Successfully launched or scaled products in North America/Europe
- Established media/influencer network or industry association contacts
- Background in creative content, EdTech, or entertainment verticals
