The world is experiencing a contentious changing global order in the midst of a 4th industrial revolution. Innovation is directly correlated with productivity, but productivity is a result of education and a market economy driven by incentives. Demands to legislate equality of outcome have replaced the decades long standards of equality of opportunity shrouded in meritocracy. As a result, for the first time in U.S. history, individuals are faced with the likelihood that they will have a lower standard of living than their parents. In order to combat this contagion, it starts with educating professionals on the economic policies that are going to give them and their posterity the best quality of life. The goal is to produce an informed, united electorate capable of setting equitable growth policies predicated on data, not ideological party affiliation, leading to higher productivity and an increased standard of living for American Citizens.

Role Overview

We’re building a foundation for growth and it continues with you. Our scrappy, dedicated team is committed to building the systems and brand gravitas that directly drives client acquisition and empowers our mission. We’re looking for a dynamic veteran to spearhead operations across our product marketing efforts—refining cross-department collaboration with product, marketing, finance, and engineering; optimizing user journeys to boost the customer lifecycle and propel the flywheel; and, enrich data-driven business decisions throughout the GTM and lifecycle marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll scale our team by helping execute marketing strategies with precision and fuel organic growth, ensuring that every initiative contributes to our long-term vision.

  • Own MarTech Stack: Manage and optimize our existing marketing tools (Hubspot, Framer, Customer.io, Appsflyer, Fullstory, Intercom, Mailchimp, etc.) to drive seamless campaign execution, accurate attribution, and revenue impact across the client lifecycle.

  • Optimize User Journeys: Refine and enhance user activation paths by analyzing and optimizing customer touchpoints, from initial engagement to sustained community involvement.

  • Lead Community Engagement: Cultivate and nurture a growing user community across key channels, creating engaging content and communication strategies that amplify our brand organically.

  • Collaborate with Agencies & Internal Teams: Work closely with contracted agencies and our small, agile marketing team to integrate best practices, streamline workflows, and drive alignment with our strategic goals.

  • Monitor & Improve Campaign Performance: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to continuously assess campaign outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and make rapid, informed adjustments.

Ideal Candidate

We are specifically looking for candidates that have experience in leading GTM for 0-1 products in a mobile-first platform. Preference will be provided to those with experience in GTM across B2C financial and investment technology products.

  • Proven Expertise in B2C Applications and Investing: Extensive experience in product and marketing within a B2C context for applications across the investment platform landscape, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth across our ICPs.

  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: A dynamic mindset with a passion for building from the ground up, capable of crafting breakthrough marketing strategies that align with our mission and investment thesis.

  • Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills, adept at using metrics and testing to refine campaigns, and meticulous in project and time management.

  • Execution Excellence: A track record of delivering high-impact campaigns, with a keen understanding of the customer journey and a relentless focus on maximizing operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Department Experience: Experience working closely with product, engineering, and/or UX/UI teams—ideally in a product marketing, product management, or technical role—with a deep understanding of how user-facing features are built, tested, and brought to market. Comfortable translating technical inputs into compelling, customer-centric narratives.
