We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of software solutions from design to delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, scalable systems, and mentoring others while driving technical excellence within the team.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Take technical ownership and lead the development of high-quality software solutions.
• Design and implement advanced backend services (Node.js) and contribute to frontend development (React & React Native).
• Mentor and guide other developers to strengthen team capability.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, testing, and maintainable documentation.
• Continuously improve processes and stay up to date with modern technologies.

🔹 What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development expertise with Node.js.
• Proficiency with React and React Native.
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Git, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in a small, agile team.
