🌟 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering, mentorship, client-facing collaboration, and AI-enabled solution design.

The ideal candidate is passionate about software craftsmanship, emerging technologies, and helping teams deliver high-impact products while fostering engineering excellence.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and system design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions, including agent-based workflows and modern AI architectures.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to software development, code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD, DevOps, and security best practices.
• Promote effective adoption of AI-assisted development tools and engineering workflows.
• Support technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development when needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and help shape technical strategy and innovation initiatives.

✅ Must Have

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in one or more domains: Cloud, Web, Mobile, Full Stack, or Embedded Systems.
• Strong experience with software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and software security practices.
• Proven track record leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Experience designing or implementing AI/ML-enabled applications, including LLM-based solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
