Summary
Responsible for providing strategic oversight in developing and implementing profitable marketing and business strategies, including mergers and acquisition (M&A) business development for Senior Market Sales, LLC and all subsidiary companies.

Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in financial services or marketing, or an equivalent combination of industry training, designations and experience
Master's Degree
Ten (10) or more years of successful insurance sales and/or management at a field or home office level.
Skills
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing concepts that are beneficial to the sale of insurance products
Knowledge of insurance services industries.
Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices and terminology.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles and procedures.
Knowledge of general office forms, processes and procedures.
Knowledge of program and project management including outcomes, quality assurance, and satisfaction measurement and interpretation.
Knowledge of supervisory techniques to accomplish instruction, motivation and training of personnel.
Skill to supervise, motivate and train.
Skill in working effectively with inbound and outbound callers/customers.
Skill in negotiating and problem solving to resolve internal and external conflicts.
Skill in the use of office equipment including computer, fax, printer, telephone system, etc.
Skill in the use of time management, organizational leadership and supervisory skills.
Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with all customers, employees and the general public.
Skill in project management.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft/Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook software preferred).
