Position Overview
As the Strategic Communications Lead (Marketing Manager), you will play a central role in shaping our firm’s voice, presence, and positioning across digital channels. You’ll lead a dynamic team and execute strategies to enhance engagement, develop lead-generating campaigns, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Design and execute comprehensive content and communication strategies aligned with firm objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of marketing contributors toward shared performance goals.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and budget alignment for maximum return on effort.
Brand and Content Development
- Define and protect the firm’s brand identity across all internal and external channels.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social campaigns.
- Develop and refine messaging strategies that elevate thought leadership and client perception.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research and audience segmentation to inform strategic direction.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms, adjusting based on KPIs and ROI.
Client Engagement and Growth Enablement
- Build targeted outreach strategies for lead generation and client nurturing.
- Collaborate with business development to create compelling assets that drive pipeline growth.
- Plan and manage industry events, webinars, and digital campaigns to showcase the firm’s expertise.
Digital Presence & Innovation
- Oversee social media strategy, SEO, and paid digital initiatives to maximize visibility.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM tools to improve team productivity and insight gathering.
- Explore and apply new marketing technologies and trends to keep the brand competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in marketing strategy, content execution, and brand development—ideally within a professional services or consulting firm.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong command of digital platforms, analytics, and audience engagement.
