Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer (SaaS - NetSuite, Acumatica, ServiceNow)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with experience in SaaS solutions such as NetSuite, Acumatica, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing cloud-based enterprise applications to improve business processes and system functionality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and developers, to design scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize SaaS-based solutions using NetSuite, Acumatica, and ServiceNow.

• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and scripts to enhance system functionality.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

• Stay up to date with the latest SaaS trends and best practices to improve system efficiency.

• Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS software development, specifically with NetSuite, Acumatica, or ServiceNow.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SuiteScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages.

• Experience in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with SQL databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise workflows.

• Knowledge of ERP/CRM system customization, automation, and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in NetSuite, Acumatica, or ServiceNow is a plus.

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.

• Prior experience in SaaS implementation and migration projects.
