💡 What You’ll Do

• Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve AllEvents' organic search visibility.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize meta tags, URL structures, site architecture, and internal linking to elevate SEO performance.
• Track SEO KPIs like rankings, impressions, CTR, and organic traffic to measure and improve performance.
• Monitor website performance, crawling errors, and indexing issues using SEO tools to maintain a healthy site.
• Spot opportunities to automate repetitive SEO tasks and streamline processes for better productivity.
• Keep up with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to keep AllEvents ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO strategies align with site updates and changes.

What You Bring

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (we value enthusiasm and curiosity over experience).
• 0-1 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing with a focus on search engine optimization.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, solving problems as you go.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with an interest in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate SEO insights into actionable strategies.
