ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. This key role will oversee marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in public relations, podcast management, email marketing, and event coordination for industry conferences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish a Lead Acquisition Pipeline
- Maintain a marketing system that generates a consistent flow of qualified leads monthly to support business development efforts.
Public Relations (PR)
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Allegrow’s visibility in the healthcare and private equity sectors.
- Build relationships with industry media outlets and secure coverage for company milestones and thought leadership.
Podcast Management – The Healthcare CEO Show
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, book, and prepare podcast guests.
- Manage podcast production, promotion, and distribution to reach healthcare executives and potential clients.
Email Marketing
- Create, test, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and client engagement.
- Analyze email performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve results.
Conference Planning
- Plan and coordinate Allegrow’s participation in industry conferences, including booth setup, sponsorship opportunities, and speaker engagements.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for Allegrow executives at relevant events.
Content & Campaign Development
- Develop content strategies that align with Allegrow’s mission and resonate with healthcare executives and private equity professionals.
- Work with the appropriate team members to execute integrated campaigns across digital platforms.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and generate reports to track ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to support product and service development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, event planning, and digital marketing. Experience in the healthcare or M&A sectors preferred.
- Technical skills: Proficient in creating email marketing campaigns, making minor edits to a website, and working within a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Experience with MailChimp, Wordpress, and Salesforce preferred.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Travel requirements: Ability to travel for industry events.
- Technical requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate seamless participation in video calls and virtual meetings.
