The Opportunity

They are currently seeking a Director of Data Science to lead and scale the data science efforts. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Director of Data Science or Lead Data Scientist ready to step into a high-impact executive role. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping data-driven product strategy while staying hands-on with model development and iteration.

What You’ll Do

Lead a team of five top-tier data scientists in building advanced targeting and measurement solutions.
Transform years of research and proprietary data into production-grade models and products.
Develop and deploy large-scale, iterative machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and real-world impact.
Apply a wide range of predictive modeling techniques—including regression models, neural networks, and random forests.
Drive adoption and experimentation with large language models (LLMs) to create novel product capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to bring data science innovations to life.
Take full ownership of the data science function—from ideation to deployment.
