We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing & CRM Specialist who can scale student admissions, optimize marketing campaigns, improve lead nurturing, and maximize conversions through automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (if required)
  • Generate qualified leads for:
  • Astrology Courses
  • Numerology Courses
  • Vastu Programs
  • Graphology Courses
  • Workshops
  • Webinars
  • Demo Sessions
  • Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Improve Lead-to-Admission Conversion
  • Optimize ROAS and CAC
  • Conduct A/B testing for:
  • Creatives
  • Landing Pages
  • Headlines
  • Offers
  • Audience Segments
  • Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.

CRM & Lead Automation

  • Manage complete lead lifecycle through CRM.
  • Build automated workflows for:
  • Lead Assignment
  • Follow-ups
  • WhatsApp Automation
  • Email Journeys
  • SMS Campaigns
  • Re-engagement Campaigns
  • Segment leads based on:
  • Course Interest
  • Budget
  • Source
  • Engagement
  • Sales Funnel Stage
  • Work closely with the counseling/admissions team to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor lead aging and improve response time.
  • Ensure zero lead leakage.

Marketing Automation

  • Coordinate with designers and developers for:
  • Landing Pages
  • Thank You Pages
  • Webinar Funnels
  • Course Funnels
  • Optimize forms and user journey.

Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Creative Team
