🎯The role
We're looking for our first hands-on marketing lead in the US with sweet spot of growth hacking mindset to experiment continuously as well as growth marketer's experience who knows how to build up & execute long-term scalable strategy.
You got
- Hands-on experience in crafting marketing growth strategies and managing budgets
- Demonstrated history of working for B2C startups with a proven track record in results
- Deep understanding of what channel mix & martech stack would be best suitable to achieve our goals
- Ability to lead on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset, collaborative attitude and strong commercial acumen/background
You will
- Own our demand generation strategy, looking across paid, organic, and owned channels to develop an efficient and dynamic growth engine, measuring their success and impact.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to grow user acquisition and sales opportunities conversions across channels like search, social, display, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources, regularly analyze acquisition and funnel performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Constantly generate experimental ideas to push the boundaries of conventional marketing. Identify new channels, creatively engage with those channels, and use data to drive strategy and positioning.
- Leverage data to test growth hypos & iterate, then use insights to collaborate with sales and product teams to align on initiatives that drive growth
