Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into impactful visual content across digital and offline platforms.

The role involves designing everything from social media campaigns and advertisements to branding, presentations, events, and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand what captures audience attention, and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, and advertisements.
• Create visually engaging content for dermatology, aesthetics, skincare and wellness.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, standees, presentations, event branding, packaging, and print materials.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, video, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design creatives for launches, promotions, campaigns, conferences, and corporate events.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and evolving creative techniques.
• Contribute fresh ideas that improve engagement, brand recall, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, digital marketing, and brand communication work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high design standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and capable of taking ownership of projects.

Preferred:

• Experience working with beauty, skincare, healthcare, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience creating high-performing social media and performance marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of branding, packaging design, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.
