Software Engineer, Svelte - AI Training (Freelance, Remote)

Alignerr is operated by Labelbox, a leading data-centric AI platform for building intelligent applications. The role involves using frontend development expertise to improve AI-generated code and ensure it aligns with Svelte’s reactivity model, performance goals, and clean component structure. Responsibilities include reviewing Svelte code for clarity, efficiency, and idiomatic use of reactive syntax, solving UI development challenges using Svelte, identifying and correcting flaws in AI output or unclear component logic, and summarizing approach and decision-making clearly. Candidates should be fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills, have expertise in Svelte, 3–5 years of experience in Svelte or modern frontend development is a plus, and hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. The position is freelance, compensated hourly, and remote. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence; no sponsorship is offered for this 1099 contract role.
