Alignerr.com is a community of subject matter experts from several disciplines who align AI models by creating high-quality data in their field of expertise to build the future of Generative AI. Alignerr is operated by Labelbox, the leading data-centric AI platform for building intelligent applications. Labelbox's platform is used by Fortune 500 enterprises including Walmart, Procter & Gamble, Genentech, and Adobe, as well as hundreds of leading AI teams. The role involves shaping the future of AI with GDScript by using game development expertise to improve AI-generated code and ensure it aligns with GDScript’s performance, readability, and Godot engine integration goals. Responsibilities include reviewing GDScript code for correctness, game logic clarity, and idiomatic style; solving real-time game development problems using GDScript and explaining the process; identifying and correcting flaws in AI output or unclear gameplay logic; and summarizing approach and decision-making clearly and concisely. Candidates should be fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills, have expertise in GDScript including signals, nodes, scene trees, physics processing, and Godot scripting patterns, and ideally have 3–5 years of experience in GDScript development or game programming. A Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field is required; Master’s or PhD preferred. A deep interest in AI, game engines, or interactive simulation design is also important. This is a freelance position compensated hourly, not an internship, and candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence without sponsorship. Compensation rates vary based on skills, experience, and location.
