Technical Challenges You'll Solve

• Create an intuitive interface to empower enterprises to design AI solutions and align with technical teams.
• Build a scalable platform that captures enterprise context and generates intelligence on AI use cases, governance, and risk.
• Implement enterprise-grade security features and integrations required by our Fortune 1000 customers.
• Create an architecture that supports scalable AI and agentic functionality and AIOps.
• Develop AI-powered features that accelerate the creation of policies, controls, and standards for enterprise AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide architecture decisions: Identify and implement tools and systems to augment our product architecture, SDLC tooling, and other business needs
• Develop core functionality: Be a hands-on leader implementing features across the full stack (UI, back-end/API, integrations)
• Build for enterprise requirements: Implement security, compliance, and integration features needed for an enterprise B2B SaaS platform
• Lay the foundation for scale: Establish coding standards, automated testing, and development practices that will support our growth
• Future-proof our technology: Stay ahead of emerging trends in conversational and generative AI to inform our product direction
• Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with our product team to prioritize functionality and ensure technical feasibility

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience working in a startup environment and comfortable with ambiguity
• 7+ years of full-stack web application development experience
• Proven track record building enterprise SaaS products
• Expertise with Next.js and React
• Experience implementing enterprise security features (e.g., SAML, SSO)
• Hands-on experience integrating conversational and generative AI functionality

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Experience leading engineering teams (at minimum as a team lead)
• Passion for machine learning, analytics, and/or educational technology
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in agile/scrum software development methodologies
• Familiarity with Vercel and SupaBase hosting
• Experience working with large financial, manufacturing, or healthcare enterprises

This position offers flexible remote work with occasional team collaboration sessions in person (approximately quarterly, typically held in Columbus, Ohio).
