Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to design and optimize scalable data solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and advanced data-driven initiatives. The role focuses on data modeling, ETL/ELT design, automation, and enabling efficient data consumption across BI, analytics, and application environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines and scalable data workflows.
• Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions.
• Implement data pipeline automation using CI/CD practices.
• Monitor data jobs and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.
• Enable data consumption for BI tools, dashboards, analytics teams, and APIs.
• Process and manage structured and semi-structured datasets (CSV, JSON, Parquet, etc.).
• Optimize data solutions for analytics, reporting, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and analytical needs.

Profile / Requirements

• Strong experience with data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong SQL skills for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience designing and managing data lakes and data warehouses.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and data pipeline automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of Java or Scala.
• Experience supporting BI, analytics, or API-driven data solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and optimization.
