Algeco UK is looking for a CRM Manager (HubSpot) to take our customer relationship management to the next level. If you’re an expert in HubSpot, automation, and data-driven marketing, this could be the role for you.
The Role
As CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising our HubSpot CRM to improve customer engagement, drive retention, and support our marketing and sales teams. This includes managing CRM data, automation workflows, reporting, and campaign execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing HubSpot CRM – ensuring it’s fully optimised and integrated with other tools.
- Data Management & Reporting – tracking customer behaviour, sales funnel performance, and key metrics.
- Campaign Execution – working with marketing and sales to deliver targeted email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Automation & Integration – implementing workflows for lead scoring, customer segmentation, and personalised communication.
- Training & Collaboration – supporting internal teams to maximise CRM efficiency and adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CRM management experience with a strong focus on HubSpot.
- Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM best practices, and automation.
- Strong data analysis skills to track and optimise campaign performance.
- Experience in customer segmentation, inbound marketing, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present insights.
- HubSpot certifications or experience in B2B marketing would be an advantage.
