We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients, promoting long-term customer success and satisfaction, and helping achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships with a consultative approach, identifying business goals, marketing gaps, and growth opportunities through discovery and ongoing collaboration.
- Translate client needs into clear marketing strategies and actionable roadmaps that align with their objectives and audience.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and strategy workshops to define campaign priorities, success metrics, and channel focus.
- Serve as the primary marketing strategist for clients, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns for clients, from onboarding through implementation.
- Develop audience segmentation, messaging, and positioning strategies aligned with each client’s goals.
- Write or oversee high-performing campaign assets (emails, landing pages, outreach sequences, content briefs).
- Manage execution across CRM, automation, and ad platforms, ensuring campaigns go live on time and on brand.
- Track all outreach and campaign performance; maintain dashboards and reports for visibility into conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Audit client marketing processes and identify high-impact improvements in cadence, content, and targeting.
- Establish light, replicable systems for campaign management, tracking, and reporting.
- Introduce performance dashboards and KPI frameworks clients can maintain internally.
- Audit and improve CRM, marketing automation, and funnel systems (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Airtable, etc.) to enhance visibility and tracking.
- Conduct regular performance analysis, iterate on messaging, and optimize based on response data and outcomes.
Coordinate closely with internal and client creative teams to align content, design, and messaging.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in marketing strategy, campaign management, or growth operations.
- Proven success running B2B or service-based campaigns that improved engagement and conversion.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, email platforms, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Airtable, Make/Zapier, etc.).
- Ability to balance creative direction with analytical tracking and iteration.
- Excellent written communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of paid ads, funnel optimization, or light copywriting.
The Details:
This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.
Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)
The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
