Impressed by job titles and hierarchy? This one isn’t for you. We need a genuine, early-stage growth marketer with a hands-on execution playbook.
This is an opportunity to be the first marketing hire in a privately owned SaaS business with rapidly scaling organic growth.
You will be given responsibility for creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy designed to win and retain customers, both UK and international.
This person will be the internal champion for marketing, shaping the strategy, managing the execution, and defining how marketing supports the iterative growth of the company.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a 360-degree start-up marketer with a proven track record of:
Previous experience of scaling B2B SaaS revenue is vital, ideally £0mARR - £10mARR, £10mARR - £20mARR, or similar growth journey.
Growth hacker mindset: an ideas-led marketer able to create and deploy innovative strategies that target key customers and users, driving topline growth across all metrics.
Must have worked closely with, and reported directly to, previous start-up or scale-up founders.
Any experience with first time founder teams would be a bonus.
International marketing experience would be an advantage.
Working Arrangements:
Remote with some time needed in the London office – to be discussed.
