Full Stack Developer/Engineer and Product Owner

I am currently in touch with an AI startup that is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer and Product Owner. This role is remote, but the company prefers candidates to be located in Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, or North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure best practices and high-quality code.

Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation with the Project Manager.

Own the architecture and design of scalable, real-time communication systems using Python, Node.js, Redis, and cloud technologies.

Full Stack Development

Develop and maintain scalable real-time communication systems using Node.js, Python, Redis, and other technologies.

Experience with asynchronous programming and multi-threading.

Keep up to date with emerging trends in real-time communication technologies and AI integration.

Product Ownership

Define the product vision and roadmap for the real-time communication platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with expertise in Python and Node.js.
• Proven leadership experience managing developers and technical projects.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency with Redis and real-time communication frameworks.
