ENTERPRISE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Reports to: Enterprise Marketing Director
Status: Regular, Full-time, Exempt
Location: Anchorage, AK
Remote work possible: Preferred location Seattle-area, Washington
JOB SUMMARY: The Enterprise Marketing Specialist provides hands-on creative, content, and digital marketing support to Aleut subsidiaries. This role serves as a centralized resource for graphic design, content development, and web-based communications, supporting brand consistency, digital presence, and storytelling across platforms through execution-focused work and collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Champion Aleut values: accountability, transparency and rigor.
- Design and produce marketing and communications assets for Aleut subsidiaries, including digital graphics, presentations, reports, proposals, and branded templates.
- Serve as a creative support resource for Aleut subsidiaries by producing high-quality visual materials aligned with Aleut brand standards.
- Adapt approved brand elements for use across diverse subsidiary industries and audiences.
- Develop, refine, and edit written and visual content to support subsidiary marketing needs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across channels.
- Support subsidiaries with website content updates, page layout, and visual presentation using WordPress or comparable CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, IT, and external vendors to support website enhancements, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Apply established best practices for usability, accessibility, and digital storytelling across subsidiary web properties.
- Stay current on digital, social, and design trends and apply relevant insights to assigned work.
- Support social media content development and scheduling for Aleut and subsidiary LinkedIn accounts.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to gather stories, project updates, visuals, and marketing needs.
- Assist with the implementation of communication plans, campaigns, and tactics.
- Track assigned tasks and contribute to reporting on communication activities and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Experience in WordPress or comparable website content management platform preferred. Experience managing and updating website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proven ability to develop content and visual assets for multiple business lines or brands.
- Ability to work as an internal creative consultant supporting multiple subsidiaries simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field OR equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in marketing, design, or similar field
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
