At Enthuse, we’re on a mission to transform digital fundraising by building the technology that empowers great causes. Our donations, fundraising, and event registration platform helps charities raise hundreds of millions of pounds a year.

Launched in 2012, we’ve come a long way — we've grown our team to over 70 people, and now serve thousands of charities. What's more, Enthuse is the official online fundraising partner for London Marathon Events and Great Run. It’s still early, but we’re on an incredible journey.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll pioneer the development of innovative

software solutions that align with our company's goals — and also help build and grow a

company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact.

As our Analytics Engineer, you will lead on setting the bar for the quality and

accessibility of our data through transformation, modelling and testing. You will be key to

balancing high performance, low cost and high accuracy in our data for use in the

data stack—from ingestion to visualisation—transforming raw data into actionable

insights in Snowflake with dbt cloud. You will closely partner with the Data Analyst to

solve both critical business problems as well as creating innovative data products for our

AI ambitions.

If you love numbers and data and want to get into Analytics Engineering in a fast-paced

environment on a modern data stack, where your work directly influences the trajectory

of the business, we want to meet you.

How You’ll Contribute as an Analytics Engineer :

● Own the analytics engineering lifecycle: From warehousing to transformation

and analysis, you’ll use both observability and testing tools to ensure the data is

accurate and trustworthy.

● Lead data modelling efforts to ensure efficient querying and scalability as data

needs grow while being cost effective.

● Enable self service through deep understanding of the domain and creative

schema design as well as working closely with business stakeholders.

● Champion data integrity and governance, ensuring data is clean, accurate,

documented and reliable across all systems to enable our AI ambitions.

● Partner with the Data Analyst to solve our most pressing business problems and

help charities and partners with the “so what, now what”.

priorities, and enjoy a small team in a startup environment.

● Ability to clearly communicate data design and recommendations to both

technical and non-technical audiences.

● Experience in SQL and hands-on experience with data

warehouses/lakes/lakehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.). Experience

with dbt is a plus.

● High proficiency in data modelling, either through university projects or your first

role, you are familiar with techniques such as Star/Snowflake Schema, Data Vault
