🚀 About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior UX/UI Designer who excels at creating intuitive and engaging web interfaces, captivating landing pages, and seamless mobile applications. Your primary mission will be transferring our existing iOS application to a web-based platform, crafting an effective landing page, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and visually appealing designs for web platforms, landing pages, and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Migrate and adapt existing iOS app functionalities to responsive web design.
• Design conversion-focused and visually striking landing pages.
• Analyze user behaviors to continuously optimize interaction and satisfaction.
• Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure smooth and precise implementation.
• Enhance usability based on testing, analytics, and user feedback.
• Clearly present design concepts with a strong user-centered approach.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UX/UI design experience (web, landing pages, mobile apps).
• Proven success designing engaging, user-centric digital products.
• Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating responsive web, landing page, and mobile app designs.
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility.
• Fluent Russian (required).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines consistently.
