Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale consulting engagements and strategic transformation programs for our global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence across the program lifecycle.
The Program Manager will work closely with clients, executive stakeholders, delivery teams, solution architects, project managers, and practice leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of multiple cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive delivery excellence by establishing governance frameworks, tracking KPIs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Support business development activities by contributing to solution planning, project estimation, and transition from sales to delivery.
- Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, profitability, and overall commercial performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, and HR Compliance.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and technology teams to translate HR operational requirements into scalable programs, process improvements, and technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Consulting Delivery.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale consulting or technology transformation programs.
- Strong client-facing experience with executive stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology implementations (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Experience working with global delivery teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
