About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media Visualiser – Creative Lead to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong visual storytelling mindset, deep expertise in social-first content, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled visual thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics, design trends, brand communication, and digital-first creative execution. Along with hands-on design capabilities, this individual should have prior experience managing teams, mentoring creatives, and driving quality and consistency across campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of visualisers/designers, ensuring high-quality creative output and timely delivery.
  • Conceptualise and execute visually impactful social media campaigns across platforms.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, account management, and digital teams.
  • Drive consistency and innovation across campaign creatives while maintaining brand identity.
  • Guide the team on design quality, creative direction, and execution standards.
  • Stay updated with evolving social media trends, platform behaviour, design innovations, and content formats.
  • Present concepts internally and participate in client discussions wherever required.
  • Ensure delivery excellence while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and creative reviews.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in visual design with a strong focus on social media and digital communication.
  • Prior experience leading or managing creative/design teams.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred) and relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
  • Excellent conceptualisation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and campaign performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
