Job Title: Executive Assistant – CEO & Executive Committee
Location: Egypt (remote / hybrid)
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Supporting: CEO, Head of Brand, Head of Sales, Head of Operations
Role Purpose
Provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to Albion’s CEO and the wider Executive Committee, ensuring diaries run smoothly, information flows efficiently, and key projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars; schedule and confirm internal & external meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefing packs and take succinct minutes for ExCo and client calls; follow up on action items.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel: visas, flights, hotels, ground transport.
- Draft, proof‑read and format documents, presentations and monthly board packs.
- Act as gatekeeper for the CEO’s inbox and Slack; triage enquiries and draft responses where appropriate.
- Track key KPIs in Google Sheets / Notion; compile weekly dashboards for the ExCo.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors on scheduling, NDAs and onboarding paperwork.
- Organise quarterly team off‑sites, client events and webinars in partnership with Brand & Sales.
- Process expense claims, purchase orders and credit‑card reconciliations.
- Maintain central document hub, version control and naming conventions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or C‑suite PA in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Fluent English with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus calendar tools, Zoom, Slack and basic project‑management software.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Outstanding time‑management, prioritisation and follow‑through; comfortable juggling multiple leaders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Desirable
- Familiarity with professional‑services or audit/risk sectors.
- Working knowledge of Arabic.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Basic Canva or social‑media scheduling skills for occasional event posts.
