Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic marketing professional to lead our regional marketing initiatives across ASEAN. The role involves researching and evaluating new products available in international markets and strategically introducing them to the ASEAN, including Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, etc. This role will drive market insights, product strategy, and regional commercial plans to support business growth. Also, able to build from the ground up and willingness to work hands on with the team to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proprietary Product Development
Researching new products from international markets and introducing them in Indonesia. Recommending a minimum of 7-8 new concepts annually to drive 10-15% future growth.
Product Portfolio Strategy
Analyze the product portfolio to identify gaps and potential new products. Collaborate with the sales team and coordinate with relevant departments to assess feasibility in IP, sourcing, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial, and financial aspects. Make project decisions based on these assessments. Identify the pricing strategy for different products in different countries.
Project Analysis & Approval
Prepare project analyses including market analysis reports, ASP analysis, and present them to Management for approval. Provide yearly updates on key projects and markets, offering feedback to Management.
Project Plan, Execution Monitoring & Prioritization
Organize project plans for confirmed projects, determine initiation timings, set priorities, monitor progress by collaborating with R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams, and facilitate overcoming hurdles.
Strategic Alliances collaboration for new business opportunity
Assess and identify joint development project opportunities with other companies.
Define the scope and framework of cooperation.
Negotiate and execute legal contracts with the assistance of the Legal Team.
Maintain corporate relations with other companies at the corporate office level.
Marketing & Branding Communication
Provide inputs to other departments for external and internal communication and promotion through digital/social media to build the brand in the Asia Pacific Region, including Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Australia.
Others
Develop and deliver product training to respective countries.
Undertake ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.
