Albany Law School seeks qualified candidates for the position of Marketing and Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will serve as brand ambassador to support the growth of Albany Law School’s online education programs by creatively articulating the value of the Flex JD program, Master’s program, and certificate offerings, using effective marketing strategies and content creation, and supporting other enrollment growth initiatives. The Marketing and Engagement Specialist creates compelling written and visual content to engage various internal and external audiences through multi-channel marketing, including social media, web, and email. The position requires managing social media accounts and ensuring consistent brand representation, as well as collaborating on web page maintenance and overseeing relevant SEO/analytics reviews. The Marketing and Engagement Specialist helps coordinate internal/external engagement events, such as virtual webinars, admissions events, and CLEs; engages with prospective students and organizations; reports on marketing effectiveness; and ensures compliance with consumer privacy laws in electronic marketing.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate success in executing website SEO, paid digital, social media marketing campaigns, and ability to drive audience engagement. You will demonstrate resourcefulness and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of constituencies. You will also possess strong analytical skills to transform complex concepts into clear, persuasive, and impactful marketing content. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team is essential for this role.

The estimated salary range for this position is $62,500-$67,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
The salary offered will be based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, and in consideration of internal equity.
