Graphic Designer

Company Description Al Safadi Hospitality is a leading hospitality group renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and authentic Lebanese hospitality. Our growing portfolio includes Al Safadi Restaurants, Oventine, and Table 25, with exciting new hospitality concepts and retail brands currently in development.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience, to join our creative team and contribute to the visual expression of our diverse portfolio of brands.

Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate mid-level Graphic Designer (non senior) to join our creative team. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will develop and execute high-quality design solutions across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating premium visual communications while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

·       Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer within an agency or premium in-house creative team. Hospitality or F&B industry experience is highly preferred.

·       Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and premium execution across branding, packaging, retail, print, and digital design. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

·       Branding Expertise: Experience developing and maintaining brand identities while ensuring the consistent application of brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.

·       Packaging & Print Production: Proven experience designing packaging artwork, creating and adapting packaging dielines (die-cuts), artwork finalization, and preparing production-ready files for commercial printing and manufacturing.

·       Design Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition,

·       grid systems, color theory, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished design work.

·       Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote is an advantage.

·       Motion & Video (Advantage): Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for basic motion graphics, animation, and video editing is considered an advantage.

·       AI Tool Integration (Advantage): Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar for concept development, moodboarding, visual exploration, and creative ideation.

·       Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

·       Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
