Job Summary

This role focuses on optimizing the purchasing value for Marketing through strategic initiatives, negotiating deals, and developing long-term supplier relationships. The successful candidate will be essential in creating competitive RFPs, driving biddings, and advising marketing stakeholders. Leveraging market intelligence and sourcing insights to stay ahead of industry trends is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the manager to support and negotiate strategic sourcing initiatives for Marketing.
• Develop, drive, and negotiate RFPs to optimize purchasing value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing stakeholders, identifying and managing key supplier relationships.
• Establish long-term pricing models with measurable service-level/performance criteria.
• Research market intelligence to develop sourcing insights and stay current with industry trends.

Must-Have Skills

• Strategic sourcing or purchasing experience with a focus on professional services.
• Outstanding strategy, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle Purchasing or similar tools.

Industry Experience

• Experience in the Marketing domain and professional services sourcing is preferred.
