Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize backend applications primarily in Go with a strong focus on AWS services. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the development cycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. This role necessitates a proactive approach to monitoring, supporting, and enhancing cloud-based services, with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend applications using Go in an AWS ecosystem.
• Ensure application performance through effective coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and test Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CDK or Terraform.
• Support and optimize services on the cloud, focusing on automated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud services, leveraging advanced monitoring and logging tools.

Must-Have Skills

• Profound programming experience in Go.
• Strong proficiency in AWS, especially with RDS, DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, SNS, and monitoring services like CloudWatch.
• Solid understanding of IaC, preferably CloudFormation or CDK.

Domain Experience

• Prior exposure to developing software delivery systems leveraging DevOps and agile methodologies is highly desirable.
