Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our Seller Payments & Fee Processing platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in migrating our monolithic codebase to a microservices architecture, implementing solutions for SOX compliance, and mentoring junior engineers. This role is ideal for continuous learners who are passionate about code quality and thrive in a team environment working on high-availability systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features for platforms.
• Migrate monolithic codebase to microservices architecture.
• Implement solutions to support SOX compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair-programming and code reviews.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively within a dispersed team.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in C# (ASP.Net/.Net Core)
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Strong understanding of event/stream processing mechanisms, preferably Kafka.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience working on high volume, high availability systems is essential.
