Akkodis is seeking a Software Engineer III (.NET) for a full-time position with a client located in Florida. Ideally, we are looking for someone within the Eastern or Central time zone with some experience in the healthcare industry.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Position Summary

The Software Engineer III role revolves around full-stack development, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and innovative architectures within a forward-thinking organization dedicated to pushing boundaries.
This individual will possess an in-depth understanding of system design principles, system scaling, DevOps methodologies, and the integration of AI for automating tasks. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in building products across various stacks, along with proficiency in web frameworks, APIs, databases, and backend systems.

Daily Activities:

Full stack development building scalable, distributed solutions that provide positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
Contribute to design sessions, code reviews, collaborative coding, and research.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while upholding rigorous standards for code quality and application design.
Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.
Follow all applicable federal/state regulations concerning privacy and security, as well as all compliance policies defined in SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST.

Education and Experience:

8+ years of experience in DevOps and full-stack development.
Healthcare technology, or other heavily regulated industry experience.
A 4-year degree in computer science, healthcare information technology, or a relevant field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies.

ASP.NET / .NET 8 (C#) – Preferred
React experience and Azure Certification- Required
Node / npm / Express – Nice to have
Python 3.10+ – Nice to have
SQL – at least on one of MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Web Technology
Java-script / ECMA / Typescript – Required
HTML / Sass / CSS – Required
UI Framework, React preferred
Feature Flagging (e.g. LaunchDarkly)
Cloud Computing, Azure preferred – Required
Event-driven or distributed systems – Required
Docker / Kubernetes – Required
AI tools (e.g. Azure Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Kubiya)
