Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a client in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Rate Range: $55.00/hour to $60.00/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

While a local candidate in Cincinnati is preferred, we are open to remote for the right candidate.

This person will be manage various activities across several customer portals. This will include identifying issues, making decisions on how to approach the problem, farming out the tasks to the correct personnel, and ensuring the overall success of our customer portals.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Managing and Coordinating multiple projects within Commercial Customer Portals.
• Apply the RACI model to work activities, and ensure there is accountability and ownership for each task.
• Using available tools to map out short and long term project and program activities that are agreed to by participants.
• Defines execution standards and processes to be followed by all project managers within
• the program or department.
• Manages stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives.
• Manages day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.
• Managing plans and actions as it relates to cyber and compliance concerns. These are often unscheduled asks which require communication between multiple teams.
• Providing input as needed to the Program Management Office.
• Collaborates with functional owners(s), project technical team(s), project managers within program and interdependencies teams.
• Organizes project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional
• experts based on scope and timeline.
• Tracks project outcomes realization through established metrics against service level.
• Able to work and communicate with multiple tools including but not limited to MS365 suite of products including Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of IT or DT Technology project management as well as business project management in order to provide beginning to end program management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and determine the priorities of each and/or
• work with Leadership to prioritize the work.
• Pro-actively communicates and tracks issues.
• Able to coordinate multiple groups and people aligning to a common goal.
• Ability to communicate project needs and ideas quickly and efficiently to different audiences.
• Ability to take notes during meetings and disburse them in multiple ways, online and via email.
• Ability to share progress to goals in a concise, consistent and meaningful way.
