Marketing Recruitment Manager

Akkodis is looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing / Talent Marketing professional to support talent attraction initiatives for our Public Sector business. This role will focus on building and executing multi-channel campaigns that attract highly skilled professionals across government, defense, military, aerospace, and technology-related markets.

Pay rate: $60-65/hr (The pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Position: Talent Marketing Manager/Specialist

Work Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12 Months contract (possible extension)

The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, creative, and hands-on, with strong experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital campaigns, and talent engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, social media, digital channels, webinars, and events.
• Build and strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies for Public Sector audiences.
• Create engaging candidate-facing content, social media messaging, resource guides, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Manage the talent lead lifecycle, including lead capture, CRM/database management, candidate nurture, and recruitment follow-up.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, conversion rates, funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Partner with Recruiting, Corporate Marketing, Employee Success, and business leadership teams.
• Support virtual and in-person talent events, webinars, job fairs, and candidate engagement programs.
• Use AI and marketing automation tools to improve campaign execution, content development, targeting, and productivity.
• Ensure messaging and campaign execution follow established processes and Public Sector requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing/recruitment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Experience with marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, funnel optimization, and reporting.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar MarTech platforms.
• Excellent written communication, copyediting, and content development skills.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Recruiting, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Public Sector, Government, Defense, Military, Aerospace, or Government Contracting experience is a plus.
• Experience with Talent CRM, marketing automation, AI tools, Canva, Adobe, or Figma is a plus.
