Marketing Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Marketing Support Project Manager for a Contract with a client located remotely and ideally strong hands-on experience in Email marketing, CMS, CRM Campaigns, CRM, Digital Marketing, AI-driven, Large-Scale Enterprise projects, Marketing Technology (MarTech), promotions and marketing offers.

Rate Range: $63/hr - $65/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Role Overview

A client is seeking a Marketing Support Project Manager to support enterprise marketing initiatives focused on AI-driven decisioning, CRM campaigns, and digital marketing operations. This is a traditional PM role responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and PMO to ensure the successful delivery of marketing technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver enterprise-level marketing technology projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate across Product teams, Marketing teams, and PMO stakeholders.

Support initiatives related to AI-based marketing decisioning and customer engagement strategies.

Oversee CRM-driven marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives.

Work with teams managing CMS platforms used for promotions, marketing offers, and campaign content.

Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and timelines.

Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation and reporting.

Required Experience

5–7 years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.

Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.

Background supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech) initiatives.

Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing programs.

Exposure to AI-driven marketing decisioning or personalization tools.

Experience working with CMS platforms for promotions and marketing offers.

Strong coordination experience across Product, Marketing, and PMO teams.

Experience working with enterprise marketing ecosystems and digital campaign platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A traditional, execution-focused Project Manager with experience supporting marketing technology initiatives, capable of driving coordination across multiple teams while managing CRM campaigns, CMS-based marketing promotions, and AI-driven marketing decisioning projects within a large enterprise environment.
