Akkodis is partnered with a global leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company to recruit several Data Scientist to aid in the build and deployment of GenAI & ML models and solutions.

What you'll do:

Build and deploy state-of-the-art GenAI/ML models using complex, high-volume datasets
Apply deep expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and time series analysis
Develop scalable, production-ready Python code (yes, we mean classes, functions, the works)
Collaborate in agile teams to deliver real, impactful AI products
Work in cloud and HPC environments like AWS, GCP, Databricks, Apache Spark
Design and orchestrate robust ML pipelines using modern CI/CD tools
Translate technical solutions into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring:

PhD in a quantitative field with 2+ years of analytical experience OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience
Solid foundation in AI/ML theory and practice
Expert-level Python (required); R (nice to have), Scala (bonus points!)
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, and cloud-native databases
Experience working in agile, product-centric AI teams
Strong communication, visualization, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, Git, APIs

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare
Background in large, global, complex organizations
Exposure to tools like DataRobot, Dataiku, or Alteryx
A curious mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude
