About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing initiatives for our Staffing, IT Services, Digital Engineering, AI, and Technology Solutions business.

You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, executing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive demand generation through SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Create marketing assets including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Support sales teams with marketing collateral, campaigns, and lead nurturing.
• Build employer branding and thought leadership initiatives.
• Plan webinars, events, recruitment campaigns, and product marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, website analytics, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of B2B marketing experience in IT Staffing, IT Services, Technology Consulting, SaaS, or Software Services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, branding, and marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
